Personal Training
Personal training clients will have a one on one consultation before they begin to assess current physical fitness level, as well as discuss desired results.  In addition to (2) personal training sessions per week, packages include guidance on food journal and workout suggestions to follow on days not being trained.
Packages
6 weeks (2 sessions/ week) – $ 350
8 weeks (2 sessions/ week) – $ 400
12 weeks (2 sessions/ week) – $ 475
*Additional sessions can be added for $15/session
*Each session is a ½ hour
A La Carte $30/ 30 minute session
Personal training sessions will incorporate functional training, and the use of traditional weight lifting principals to achieve your desired results.  Kettlebells, free weights, body resistance training and plyometric exercises will be used to help you burn calories, build muscle and improve cardiovascular conditioning.
